Elizabeth Holmes was a systematic liar who showed little remorse. Few of us follow in Elizabeth's footsteps, but plenty of us lie. Especially if we're tired or working on something difficult. Dan Arielie recruited hundreds of participants and split them into two groups. Those who wrote essays without using the letters X and Z and later shredded their answers, indulged in a little bit of cheating. They claimed to solve around one extra question on average. But those who had undergone the ordeal of writing essays without using letters A and N, well, they claimed to have solved three extra questions.
