I think the big key for me is that if you're eating a lot of these food categories, starting first with fructos and fruit sugar, dehydrated fruit. Then on top of that, you're having a decent amount of alcohol in your diet. That's kind of like the bas and and refined sugars, because even if there's a high amount of gluccose, you're converting that glucose to fructose in the body. These are the two major groups that i think are driving a ouno obesity.
