The Effects of Salt on Blood Pressure
Anything that raises insulin is going to raise blood pressure. So there's probably multiple mechanisms, but certainly the dietary approach would be there. And of course, stress reduction of, yeah, a net exercise for sure. I mean, you know, some regular motor activity definitely is beneficial too.
