We want to get rid of the restrictive planning regulations that intrench those agglomeration nactonalities. I think the other thing is, we've got a lot of public funding of higher education in the u k. We'd like to see rather less of that as well. Tethere is one point that i love of this book, institutions need to change as technology and the economy changes. What i ame a little bit disappointed is he has definitely some very interesting ideas, but a lot of that is more on the margin than a major change.
