Cloudflar was always coutin on the low ends annual atricion. Now, during cove, that 12 per cents ticked up to 16%. And i too have heard from many other tepiers whereits like they're seeing 25 or 30 % annual attrition. That's a lot of your team leaving. I think our mission is to help build a better interned. If someone's working clever, they are getting recruited to go work anywhere. They literally could work at any single company in the world,. But they like belief in what we're doing. We want people to feel like, i can do great work here and mi work matters.
