Best and Worst Days in Business
A lot's happened to you in your dental career so far. I think best days harder to answer my worst days is really really vivid for me. In May of last year I fitted a denture to a lady and she was unhappy with it. She wrote a handwritten letters to the general dental council accusing me of being unfit for practice. It took the GDC from May to October to bring that to me well, and then I printed it all off. You're better sometimes just to shake hands and say thank you very much. And sometimes it's nice to cut things just before it starts to get a little bit awkward.
