The Rise and Fall of the Tech Bubble

We will always have this excitement around technology. It's very hard to know as in the dot com bubble, if it's a bubble or a shift in fundamentals. But I guess the lesson here is if you're going to pile in, try not to do it with too much debt. So by all means, be part of it, but just limit your debt.
