How to Treat Laryngospasm
Laryngospasm is something we worry about in kids and adults too but it's more common in kids I think how do we treat it if it happens yes. The two things to remember immediate positive pressure aggressive positive pressure because you need to break it and then increase your depth of anesthesia. big difference in using that dexmenetomidine can make this a little easier alright do if you choose to extubate deep versus awake to the rates of laryngospasms differ so that's a really good question it doesn't it actually does it all right so it's not worth that is not a reason to decide to do it or not right okay.
