The Different Types of Entrepreneur Acquisitions
An entrepreneur typically would get up to 25% of the equity of three tranches. And then that initial investment steps up into the acquisition at 1.5 times. Self-funded search does not necessarily get more unless they finance all themselves, but typically they find in the search and then they have to get from outside investments.
