The Challenges of Hiring Early Contributors to an Open-Source Project
In every open-source community, there is going to be early contributors that show particular law into the work that they are contributing to. So we approach them by saying, keep doing what you're doing, but we're going to pay for it. And so we start hiring them early on. This is one of the nice things about open-source. Open-source can be tough in certain ways, but can also be easier in other ways.
