The Reduction of the Beauty of the World

The world is not divided into ones and zeros. When you try to put everything into ones andZeros, something is lost. And the result of that is a deep violence because what is lost is either erased or it's violently suppressed. One thing I explore in the book quite extensively is this idea of analog computing. The point zero zero zero is there are 1% of computers that aren't Turing machines. But also I think Cybernetics has taken many forms but one of its core understandings is that cognition is not a static thing,. It's something that can do more than trying to split and condense it and reduce it to lesser things.
