Is the US Using Balloons?

China has a massive surveillance program that uses these kind of these kind of balloons or whatever they turn out to be. The other, I think possibility is that some of these UFOs are meant to test US detection capabilities. If maybe one of these little things can get in and is not seen by lasers, by radar then maybe in a war situation, a drone could be flown in with a missile or something else that might evade the radar. So I guess the Chinese are now getting the signal that if the US sets its equipment to the right level of sensitivity then all of these things can and will be detected. That is a lesson learned for the Chinese.
