So as a leader, you should absolutely be prepared to bring your authentic self to work. And so you absolutely integrate into your culture what you are seen to be actively valuing and publicly rewarding. Find ways within your company that highlight and hold up as exemplary and reward demonstrations of how people are bringing their authentic selves to work.
