I think digital data, devices, all of those things put together, AI, machine learning, are actually going to force all of us to shift what we do. I have a family member who installed a security system with a well-known security system. They've got cameras outside their house and gave me access. On my Apple TV, I can flip up at any point in time remotely from 8,000 miles away and see live four cameras. An entire building that is dedicated to one company may no longer exist. Commercial real estate may be accessible to the smaller companies where they do their hoteling.
