Getting Back in the Mid Stanch

If i'm stuck in late stands and i'm accelerating, i don't have a lot of time. I need to be able to actually get back in the mid dance a little bit more. You see those football players accelerating in a forty yard dash, you see a lot of lateral motion right off the first step there. When with mid stance and pronation, we get to the inside edge of the foot, and that pushes me to the other side of the body. And so for me, allowing more midstants to me, that's maybe we warm up for the sprinting. So in of teaching patience and rhythm and crescendo work, buildups are really good for that
