The Importance of Collaboration in Bottom of Action Research

Cooperation is important because it can truly be the factor that effects the actual impact extent to which we're addressing an identified challenge. Ray, Joe and Adam have been working on a bottom of action research project in Peru. They are looking at how people's lived experiences affect their ability to cope with everyday life. The team has worked together for years to understand each other's strengths so they can help achieve goals collaboratively. It takes humility to recognise when you need to step aside or let someone else take your place. And i'm going to ask them to give some practical examples about what this looks like.
