Is There a Pandemic?

I worked remotely for the last seven years and loved it. But going into an office to spend seven hours on Zoom calls with people who are not there just doesn't work. Shopify, we do a few times a year having teams meet up very intentionally for things that are just easier to do in person. It's way easier to think about your next six month roadmap if you're in the same room.
