The Commerce Clause and the Wheat Market
During the depression they set wheat quotas during the depression because there was arguably too much wheat not enough money chasing too much wheat costless. The glut of wheat would then get caught up in the transportation networks which were a well-established feature of the commerce clause and so that was considered like oh well now you've got into commerce clause territory as it's messing with our transportation network which is affecting all commerce.
