If we pushed too hard on that criterion, just again, focusing on longevity, we then would have a difficult project of choosing between the many religious belief systems that have now lasted a very long time. So we might be flirting with setting up for a very hide bound conservatism. And this is going to cause huge pragmatic problems when we're trying to have conversations with people who are not pragmatic about their religion. That's religions in general. I think this is the direction that peterson wants us to go.
