Errol Louis: Donald Trump has been trying out every defense that comes to mind. He often has this habit of doing things in the open and trying to inoculate those actions by saying clearly I wasn't trying to deceive anybody, he said at a CNN town hall. The problem for him, of course, is that that doesn't really comport with the law,. And I think he's heading for a lot of legal trouble.
