Brooklyn Myers is heading up Duckyard Academy, which is training the next generation of Elixir developers to join our community and continue to move it forward. Brooklyn was inspired by there's a JavaScript developer, can't see dots who popularized this idea of learning in public to me. And so that's when I started writing in the elixir space and creating these articles. That eventually led to the podcast where you'll hear about my experiences teaching functional programming on an hour-by-hour basis.
