Thursdays have traditionally been kind of like an easy easy recovery day so just kind of get in the water and i mean it doesn't even have to be anything longer than say uh you know 1500 meters. Swimming swim with fins on do some kicking um anything just to help you recover but keep the feel for the water then friday would be another kind of usrpt kind of set where focus would be morekind of on the longer kind of endurance aspect of things.
