The Future of Short Term Rentals

There are a lot of extra spaces and some of those spaces are underutilized right now. For example, for the 19 in a hotel, we have an event space that we haven't even used but could be a huge source of revenue to host smaller weddings or elopements. We also converted into a shared living room for our hotel guests so that they can come hang in the former hotel lobby. It's just like a giant Airbnb really or short from a full having a lot more outside Instagrammable experiences.
