The Role of Discipline in Life

It takes a village to raise a child and today I am chief of the village. Discipline is God's form of affection when you don't follow his direction. Philippians chapter number three, verse number 12 says this: "I press on to possess that perfection for which Christ Jesus first possessed me" We're not making excuses for any of our behavior; we're just acknowledging that as long as I'm here I'm progressing.
