International Coordination on Corporate Tax Reform

I don't know why you're so pessimistic about the prospect of international coordination on tax reform. I think that in the short period, we're not going to change dramatically this. The right strategy for the United States is to cut the rates, but not too much and two, use a little bit more of the stake rather than the carrot.
