Composting in San Francisco
San francisco'sre therea compostabways goes to japson prairie, and which is near vakeville. I was there with a chivy crew. Saw the wast get on conveyor belt. They have pickers removing those items. So people that use green plastic bags for their dog poop, thinking that its magice on disappear in a land fill? No, it doesn't. And it doesn't compost either. As a matter of fact, on that conveyor belt, they are people whose job it is to pick those compustible items out of the compostible stream. Because it simply does not compost. It does not compose.
