The Black Plague and Death
"Seventh Seal" is a quick film to watch, but incredibly weighty for such a quick film. "It's not the kind of movies that you sit down and go, I'm in for a fun night," says director Steve McQueen. The movie was written while he was in the hospital with his stomach ailment. In exteriors it's all shot just kind of around the studio.
