Is the Heartbeat Really Important?

I think in doing an event that was a bit a bit more distributed it made okay I'm gonna take a step back here yeah so a lot of the inspiration for the event actually came from principles that I learned at the Microsoft area gathering in Belgium in May. Just having like a discussion about what a good heartbeat would be and kind of getting more buy-in for people to come to that or understand how important it is are just some things you can adjust if you're trying to do something similar again.
