The Unconscious Pattern of Addiction

I had like yesterday this interesting conversation about patterns that we exhibit. Most of our behaviors is subconscious, you know, the processing. We are all kind of embedded in these unconscious cycles of behaviors. And then there's something about the mind that gives us the illusion that we have this free will, but we're actually in this dense habit field.
