The Importance of Preparing for Meetings
You can choose to show interest in another person, whether you're the boss or a subordinate. It's part of balancing tasks and relationships. Sometimes tasks with relationships, balance airtime, don't cancel. Prep with them in mind. Have three questions to ask. Did I miss anything? Well, not that you missed it. If he asks the same questions over and over, why aren't you anticipating them prepping the answers, putting them in the report? He laughed a bit embarrassed.
