The Secret of Critical Feedback

Every single person at Gooder got to hear direct feedback from you during a time of crisis. We almost canceled it, but I'm so glad that we did because that was another point of connection for everyone. It's okay to give people critical feedback as often as needed. And what we're finding is you do it enough times that you have to keep doing it less and less Because people are really getting it.
