Managing Stress and Anxiety

I think if you're someone that is prone to feeling anxious or feeling stressed normally, like this situation is obviously going to heighten that experience. I am a huge believer in actually getting external support, like actually seeing a professional people to help manage these things. My favorite book that I've read around managing anxiety and stress is The Happiness Trap by Russ Harris. It's probably the book that I would gift the most to people that are having a hard time in their lives.
