Observations of a Supreme Court Bench on Hate Speech on TV

I think Islamophobia is a thing or a phenomena, especially post 9-11. Like I agree with him that with Digguja Singh, when he started this Hindu terror thing, because there was no such as Hindu terror. So similarly, I'm sure Hindu phobia is a word, but at least in my living memory, it's not a thing which can be called a trend or a phenomena. The problem is that they are not being dealt with firmly. If sanctions are affected, this will go. Significantly, the bench also observed that it will consider laying down some guidelines which will hold the field until the legislature comes up with the law on the matter.
