The Transition From a Side Project to a Business

When we talked last time, you were in pretty good shape. You were happy building the product, your bootstrapped profitable. Sounds like you're still happy with the businesses right now and what you're doing,. But things have changed. You've got investors, you've raised a couple million dollars, you've incorporated a company. What's it been like making that transition from working on a side project to a business?
