Returns Are a Great Opportunity to Win Back a Customer

I think for pretty much all the brands I've worked with, it's very similar. Like the returns is almost another potential opportunity to win a customer back or sell them something new or exchange their product. Our returns are always less than 1% of our revenue. If your returns are 20 to 50% of your revenue, you're probably going to need to automate that process. So we should short the companies that are return the clients. But like if your returns are that high, you probably need something that's like more automated. Yeah.
