Before you guys had language for this and knew that it was each other's weaknesses, there was opportunity to judge one another. I thought I was helping, but I was stressing her out. It turns out she's not only way better than me at this, but it, it she likes doing it. She's like, I get to check this off. And so it is just, it's so interesting that when you don't have some framework around this,. There are so many tools that people can become more self aware.
