Why You Shouldn't Use Oils

There's really no oil that most people, except for a little bit of olive oil here and there. Anyone who's trying to be in any kind of shape should not be using oils. Sea salt is as natural as you could get. And then just rice, just cooking a rice cooker or you can get those bags of frozen rice from Whole Foods or Trader Joe's with some bone broth.
