Meditation can be very very powerful. You don't have to do an hour meditation you could do something like a 10-minute meditation, i even recommend walking meditations but again there's a difference between those meditations that are about sitting down and just emptying your mind which I think can be very useful in certain situations. The active meditations are really really incredible because they are basically a tool they rewire your mindset so you're then better able to respond to certain stressors in your life right? So if you can do even 10 minutes every day that's only 10 minutes of a guided meditation and use it as a tool to then be able to respond better in your day to day
