Work life balance is associated with higher quality audits, though job satisfaction is not. People arnt working on location in different cities with clients tey're consulting with or doing auditing work with. I wonder how much o this is just because of big for culture. How much of this is just a press release and talk? And then there's pty you don't clock out before five p m. There's just these rules that aren't really written, and you really actually have to go in the office still.
