I look at my portfolio once sometimes twice a day. If I, if I monitor a stock is because we are actually looking to buy it like right now or, you know, or close to buying it. So that's how I measure my, this is how I protect my environment and scope kind of come and it's my day a little bit. For me, not to drink required a huge amount of energy,not to drink. And I still don't drink much. So you want your environment to be your friend, not your enemy Because if your environment is your, it contradicts your beliefs.
