In Virginia, Governor Glenn Yunken declared last week that we need an American revolution in order to no longer depend on Chinese manufacturing. In Michigan, the Democrat governor of Gretchen Whitmer actually encouraged a battery plant to open up in her state and they did. Meanwhile, in Florida, the governor there, Republican Ron DeSantis, signed a number of anti-communist China bills last week. One banned Chinese citizens from owning land in the state of Florida; another one prohibited Florida universities and colleges from accepting money or donations from the Chinese government.
