Some perfectionists that are very kind of driven to be doing the hard work that they don't really do drafts. So one of the things I think can be helpful is actually to say like, can you do a rough draft and submit it to someone and get their feedback? "I love working within like setting yourself like parameters, time parameters or whatever it might be"
