The Importance of Breathing Properly

Breathing is probably an important component as we're talking about all these other things. A lot of times we even start with breathing in our warmups. Just sinking your breath with your pelvic floor alone is very healing and brings you into a parasympathetic state. So just understanding that breath really needs to be thought about from like a lateral perspective, like breathing into your ribs laterally.
