i think some small snack before traini is probably a good idea, if it agrees with your stomach. But if it makes you nauxeous to train with food in your stomach, and, you know, for some reason liquid a, a liquid meal isn't going to be an option a. You could be doing more harm than good if you're inducing an upset stomach before you go into train. I wanted to make sure that i at least addressed some of those nuances for moving on to the next one.
