How to Write a Good Montage

Most of the people that I'm working with are just starting out with their craft. They're one or two scripts in. And so I see a lot of people who are writing the first montage they've ever written. The worst case is this, and, and I see this you would be surprised how often I see this. There's just, there should be setups and payoffs in the montage.
