In general I think artistic fields need to redistribute money from the vampirious vampire like middle managers and you know labels. Mitzi had a vision on how to run the store that was interesting and perhaps an improvement on the earlier era she had a business sense and was attempting to make money but at the same time part of running a business in the world is a fight between the captain and the crew which recurs. She's probably playing the game pretty well so I just wanted to give her credit for that kind of like a girl boss moment yeah absolutely.
