Oil Is in the Process of Bottoming Price Action

Oil is in the process of some sort of a bottoming price action thing, but bottoms are a process they are not an event. I think it's going to be really messy for the next week or so. We have an OPEC meeting this Sunday. Those are crapshoots. So you want to be really careful going into this weekend. But I think the bulls probably have the upper hand here in the long run.
