Happiness Is the Goal

Happiness is about being content with the things that we have in our life. Right now, everybody's got time to for 15 o 15 minute exercise every day. Everybody can go for a walk. You don't need to have access to a fancy jim to get a workout in. If you focus on your health, your well being, if you get eight hours of sleep every night, i think those things are a way more productive than trying to squeeze out extra 15 minutes of work every day.
