Cryptocurrency Currencies - Is There a Regulator?

A lot of the ideology behind web three is based around libertarianism, and part of it comes from participating in centralized platforms where people could be blocked or have their accounts taken away. And again, i don't necessarily think that centralized systems are the future, but there's no moderation built into er these web three platforms. This is not inclusive at all. I mean, le mattere, they can pay to harass you. They can send you illegal material, for sure. And you have no choice.
