How Do You Sort of Set the Right Tax Rate?
How do you sort of set the right, the right tax here? The idea would be to take that tax revenue and recycle it back into the network of people who are creating the value of the underlying asset. Andtto cn have an efficient owner of any particular asset there. It's a way re conceptualizing exclusive possession of those kinds of things as stewardship of something on behalf of a community.
